- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for competitive applications
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute innovation pilots and proof-of-concept initiatives
- Produce forward-looking market intelligence reports and scenario analyses
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across global operations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Proven track record in developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight certification preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
