Responsibilities

- Conduct competitive analysis of emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology)
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline with agile methodologies and KPI tracking
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, or AR/VR
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products (2018-2025)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning skills
- Experience with patent strategy and intellectual property portfolio management
