Responsibilities

- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Define KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI
- Mentor a team of future-focused engineers and researchers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or equivalent innovation role
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching commercially successful tech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Certifications in Agile, DevOps, or emerging tech preferred
