Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling tech products to enterprise level
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech domains
- Experience with scenario planning and future-trend analysis
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
