Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3) with 3-5 year horizon impact assessments
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and technology incubators
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and adoption readiness
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 2020+ tech implementation
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, bioinformatics)
- Track record of launching products with 5+ year lifecycle planning
