Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry forecasts and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, etc.)
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscaping in emerging tech domains
- Design scalable infrastructure for AI/ML workloads and next-gen data ecosystems
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and autonomous systems
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech innovators
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record implementing quantum computing or AI infrastructure
- Deep expertise in at least two of: blockchain, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Certification in futures thinking methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience scaling tech teams from 20 to 200+ professionals
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on future technology implications
- MBA or Master's in Technology Management from top-tier institution
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP)
