- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI/ML, IoT, quantum applications)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 2026+ commercial potential
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on tech innovation pipelines
- Establish KPIs for emerging tech adoption and ROI measurement frameworks
- Collaborate with R&D to accelerate lab-to-market transition for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies or future forecasting
- Proven track record of scaling AI/ML or quantum computing initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in technology lifecycle management and innovation ecosystems
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., from WFS or IEEE)
- Experience with patent strategy and intellectual property monetization
