- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $50M+ innovation budgets across technology verticals
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies
- Develop talent acquisition strategies for specialized future-tech roles
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record developing 5-year+ tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience managing multi-million dollar R&D budgets
- Certification in Technology Strategy (e.g., CTS, CTO Academy)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German preferred
