Responsibilities

- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Oversee R&D budget allocation and innovation pipeline management
- Champion ethical technology adoption frameworks
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-focused innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology implementation
- Expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Strong stakeholder management at executive level
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CIMP, CDIO)
- Deep understanding of tech regulatory landscapes
- Experience scaling technology initiatives globally
