- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks and technology disruption scenarios
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation portfolio with $5M+ annual R&D budget
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI/Blockchain/Quantum)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Experience managing R&D budgets and innovation pipelines
