- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives

- Identify emerging tech trends and assess commercial viability for market adoption
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio and vendor partnerships
- Mentor technical teams in future-proofing methodologies
- Author thought leadership on technological disruption and ethical AI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling futuristic technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
