Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML systems at enterprise level
- Expertise in blockchain architecture and decentralized governance models
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) on emerging technologies
- Security clearance or ability to obtain DoD/NASA clearances
