Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, biotech, Web3) for competitive advantage and integration opportunities
- Lead scenario planning initiatives to model technological disruptions and prepare adaptive strategies
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and marketing teams to align innovation pipelines with future market demands
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Monitor global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic pivots
- Build and manage a network of external innovators, academics, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused technology initiatives in Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech, blockchain)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience with scenario planning, foresight methodologies, and strategic risk assessment
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology trends or innovation strategy preferred
