Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and company vision
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum AI and decentralized systems
- Advise C-suite on tech investments and risk mitigation strategies
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Drive innovation sprints for sustainable technology solutions
- Present forecasts at industry summits (Web Summit, CES)
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging tech adoption
Qualifications
- MS/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in tech strategy with 3+ in future-tech planning
- Published research in AI, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and blockchain frameworks
- Strong network in Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
- Certification in Strategic Technology Management (STM)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 2 future-tech implementations
