Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR) for commercial viability
- Establish KPIs and ROI frameworks for technology investments and innovation initiatives
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology roadmaps and recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global tech policy trends and regulatory impacts on innovation ecosystems
- Drive digital transformation projects with emphasis on ethical AI implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, blockchain, or immersive tech
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong project management certification (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred
