Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of our enterprise AI models targeting the 2026 product launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional executive teams to align AI initiatives with overarching business objectives.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI frameworks and hardware accelerators.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model governance, and AI ethics.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to a team of elite machine learning engineers.
- Ensure robust data security and compliance across all AI-driven platforms.
- Drive proof-of-concept development for cutting-edge generative AI applications.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years dedicated to AI/ML engineering.
- Deep expertise in building and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural networks.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of AI safety, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
