- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum/IoT solutions to commercial maturity
- Deep expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (patents, journals, keynotes)
