- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives with 15+ global engineering and design teams
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to position technology offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor partnerships
- Mentor technical teams on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
