- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead strategic initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Drive innovation through R&D partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with measurable ROI outcomes
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers and researchers
- Represent company at global tech forums and policy discussions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AI governance, blockchain, or biotech integration
- Proven track record of launching commercialized future-tech solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals preferred
- Experience with federal technology policy frameworks
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic a significant advantage
