Responsibilities
- Architecting the 2026 Roadmap: Define the technical strategy and architectural patterns for our upcoming Agentic AI and LLM ecosystem.
- Model Optimization: Design and implement pipelines for model fine-tuning, quantization, and inference optimization to reduce latency.
- System Integration: Integrate AI models into complex software ecosystems, ensuring seamless data flow and real-time decision making.
- MLOps Leadership: Establish robust CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models, automating testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- RAG & Vector Databases: Spearhead the development of Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures to enhance model accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3-5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Programming: Deep proficiency in Python and C++.
- Frameworks: Extensive experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Cloud Expertise: Proven track record deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure using services like SageMaker or Vertex AI.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems and translate them into concrete technical solutions.
