- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and venture capital teams
- Analyze global tech disruption vectors and competitive intelligence for strategic positioning
- Present visionary technology frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and digital sovereignty
- Manage $50M+ innovation portfolio allocation across emerging verticals
- Mentor next-gen technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, neurotech, or climate tech
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from prototype to enterprise deployment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (e.g., Nature Technology, IEEE Spectrum)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for disruptive technologies (FDA, FCC, ISO standards)
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning)
