- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (AI, biotech, neurotech) and competitive landscapes
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members with clear ROI projections
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for early-stage technology adoption
- Mentor emerging tech talent and foster a culture of radical innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or C-suite tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable infrastructure
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts to business strategy
