Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic concepts through agile methodologies
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure buy-in and resources for strategic technology initiatives
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic positioning
- Present compelling vision and progress reports to stakeholders and industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact in emerging tech
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing
- Experience developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience directing cross-functional teams
