Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget across 3 global labs
- Present disruptive tech concepts to Fortune 500 clients and investors
- Mentor AI/quantum research teams through agile methodologies
- Secure patents for proprietary breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in AI/quantum computing
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Proven track record of launching enterprise-scale tech products
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Experience managing global R&D teams across 3+ continents
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Strong background in venture capital or corporate innovation
- Certification in quantum computing from IBM or Rigetti
