Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market entry
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 5-year business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board with data-driven impact assessments
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for early-stage innovation scouting
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption timelines
- Author annual Future Technology Outlook reports for investor and stakeholder communications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- Track record of successfully launching future-focused initiatives with measurable ROI
- Certifications in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSD) or technology management preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
