- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Partner with MIT and Stanford research labs on joint technology initiatives
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in rapid prototyping and agile experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record scaling innovations from concept to market impact
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology domains
- Executive communication skills translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Institute of the Future)
- Portfolio of executed technology transformation projects
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation grants
