Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech

- Proven track record of launching category-defining products (3+ case studies required)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
