Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026+ technology adoption across all business units
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Develop innovation frameworks to accelerate R&D cycles and market entry
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-focused technologies into core offerings
- Present technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological innovation impact and ROI
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation task force
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven experience scaling tech initiatives from concept to market launch
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful tech transformation projects
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
