Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $1B+ market potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley startups and academic institutions
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation portfolio with ROI-driven decision frameworks
- Anticipate geopolitical/regulatory impacts on tech adoption post-2025
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or advanced R&D leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum, AGI, neuromorphic computing, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching products with $50M+ ARR
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Deep familiarity with ISO 20700 tech foresight methodologies
- Experience scaling teams across 3+ international innovation hubs
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German preferred
