Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance software architectures for next-generation AI and quantum computing applications.
- Lead the architectural strategy for the Year 2026 Initiative, ensuring system longevity and adaptability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate technical requirements into robust solutions.
- Optimize existing systems for speed, scalability, and security, identifying and resolving technical bottlenecks.
- Mentor senior and junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Define best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment within the organization.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in systems architecture, with a focus on AI/ML or high-frequency trading systems.
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Deep understanding of quantum computing concepts and experience with quantum simulation frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strong experience with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
