- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and secure buy-in for major initiatives
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts to anticipate technology disruptions
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal training and change management programs
- Build strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or Master's preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and cross-functional teams
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong stakeholder management experience with executive leadership and external partners
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or innovation management
