Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for autonomous decision-making systems
- Lead research in quantum machine learning algorithms and hybrid neural networks
- Mentor a team of 5+ engineers while maintaining hands-on technical contributions
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to optimize model-hardware integration
- Develop real-time inference systems with sub-millisecond latency requirements
- Establish AI ethics frameworks and responsible AI deployment protocols
- Drive innovation in unsupervised learning for edge computing environments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in leadership roles
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML or quantum journals
- Proven track record deploying production systems at scale (>100M users)
- Strong background in distributed computing and high-performance optimization
- Experience with federated learning and differential privacy techniques
