Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum AI, biotech fusion, AR/VR evolution) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling next-gen solutions
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite with clear ROI projections
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Oversee patent development and intellectual property strategy
- Drive cultural transformation to embed innovation across all departments
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies to market
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, neuromorphic systems
- Executive experience with P&L responsibility >$50M
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Patent portfolio or significant IP development experience
- Global network with Silicon Valley and international tech hubs
