- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI ethics, neurotech) and commercialization potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Develop foresight methodologies for predicting technology adoption curves
- Advose on regulatory frameworks and ethical implications of breakthrough tech
- Build strategic partnerships with academia and government research labs
- Present future-tech strategies to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Experience with foresight methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi techniques)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
- Published thought leadership on future-tech trends
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business required
