Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech integration) for strategic implementation by 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps with 3-5 year horizons aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D collaboration
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech policy developments and assess regulatory impact on our strategy
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or corporate R&D
- Proven track record developing and implementing future-focused tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or innovation
- Certification in emerging technology frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle)
