- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0, biotech convergence) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives spanning R&D, product development, and market expansion
- Develop predictive models for technology disruption and competitive landscape evolution
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology implementation and responsible innovation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-impact initiatives
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab focused on next-generation solutions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with MBA preferred
