- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation budget allocation and ROI analysis for future-focused projects
- Champion ethical tech frameworks and responsible innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-tech roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in developing technology roadmaps for 2025+ initiatives
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or next-gen automation systems
- C-suite executive presence with experience presenting complex technical concepts
- Strong network within innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, MIT Media Lab, etc.)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Prior experience scaling tech startups or managing enterprise innovation labs
