Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives and partner with R&D teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and market positioning for future tech solutions
- Develop strategic recommendations for C-suite and board presentations
- Manage innovation budgets and ROI analysis for futuristic projects
- Represent company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology evaluation and implementation
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, AR/VR, biotech)
- Strategic planning and business architecture certification preferred
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business required
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications
