Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging trends in quantum computing, AI, biotech, and sustainable energy
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps and innovation metrics to executive stakeholders
- Mentor R&D teams in future-focused research methodologies
- Conduct competitive analysis and market positioning for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating technology trends into business value
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (patents, papers, etc.)
- Fluency in agile development and rapid prototyping methodologies
