Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for quantum computing, AI, and biotech sectors
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align technology investments with business objectives
- Design ethical frameworks for future AI and automation implementations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Manage innovation incubation projects with $5M+ annual budgets
- Author thought leadership publications on technology trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Executive presentation and stakeholder management expertise
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
