Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data (quantum computing, biotech, climate AI) to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities for 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical, technological, and market volatility
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development cycles
- Produce strategic white papers and executive briefings on emerging risk landscapes
- Partner with venture capital arm to scout and invest in 2026-enabling startups
- Design organizational adaptation strategies for workforce transformation
- Represent the company at global futurism summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial impact
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or related field
