Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in emerging fields (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech convergence)
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic technologies into commercial offerings
- Build and manage a global network of academic, startup, and industry innovation partners
- Present strategic visions to investors, boards, and key stakeholders
- Mentor technical teams on future-proof architecture and development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, AR/VR, or sustainable tech
- Executive-level communication with ability to articulate complex concepts
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or major conferences
