Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive tech adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with data-driven insights and ROI projections
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for innovation scouting
- Mentor R&D teams on future-proofing technologies and ethical implementation
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory shifts affecting our 2026 roadmap
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record leading enterprise-level digital transformation projects
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business required; PhD preferred
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTO Academy, Gartner) highly desirable
