Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging domains including quantum AI and biocomputing
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026+ market impact
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget for experimental projects
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices in all innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Published thought leadership in future technology trends
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs or corporate ventures
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio of successfully launched future-oriented projects
