Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling future-focused solutions
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring technology innovation impact
- Present strategic visions to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Conduct horizon scanning to anticipate disruptive market forces
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong financial modeling skills for technology ROI analysis
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., AWS Machine Learning, Google Quantum AI)
