Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, biotech, AGI) to identify commercialization opportunities
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Develop ethical frameworks for deploying next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Present technology strategy to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Oversee prototyping of 2026-viable technologies in our Innovation Sandbox
- Author white papers on future-of-work implications and human-AI collaboration models
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven experience in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in futures methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning, Delphi analysis)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership on AI ethics, quantum computing applications, or climate tech
- Track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for autonomous systems and biotech
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Experience securing government grants for cutting-edge R&D initiatives
