Responsibilities

- Author future-state scenarios and competitive disruption frameworks
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation maturity
- Present strategic visions to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Build and manage external partnerships with research institutions and startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven experience with emerging tech adoption cycles (AI, blockchain, IoT)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Exceptional scenario planning and futures thinking methodologies
