- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market evolution and regulatory shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging tech threats/opportunities
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through strategic proposals
- Partner with government bodies on next-gen digital infrastructure standards
- Mentor emerging talent in future technology ecosystems
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical expertise
- Published research in quantum computing or AI governance
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures to $100M+ valuation
- Deep understanding of Web3, neuromorphic computing, and climate tech
- Security clearance preferred for federal partnership projects
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/Rust preferred)
