Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026+ technology adoption including AI, quantum computing, and Web3
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Manage innovation portfolio including pilot programs and vendor partnerships
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across global business units
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or consulting
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Executive presence and exceptional communication abilities
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation
- PMP or similar certification required
