Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and decentralized systems
- Lead strategic partnerships with academic labs and tech incubators to prototype 2026-era solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and assess market readiness for adoption
- Design ethical frameworks for AI governance and sustainable tech implementation
- Present innovation blueprints to executive stakeholders and investors

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies or futures research
- Proven experience developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, climate tech, or biotech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
